Depuis sa création en 2003, la ligne éditoriale de Michel Husson a établi quelques jalons dans le domaine du livre de photographie sociale et documentaire. Durant tout l'été, l'Atelier 340 Muzeum rend hommage à cet important travail d'édition indépendante en exposant côte-à-côte 22 séries de photographies issues du catalogue de l'éditeur. Dans cette expo, tout est en tranches : les séries de photos autant que ce qu’elles montrent, la vie et la mémoire des photographes autant que celles de leurs sujets.

À cette occasion, nous vous invitons chaleureusement à participer à la conférence de presse qui se tiendra le mardi 10 juin 2014, à 11h.

Beste journalisten,

Sinds haar oprichting in 2003 zorgde de redactionele lijn van Michel Husson voor een aantal mijlpalen op het gebied van fotoboeken met sociale en documentaire thema's. Om hulde te brengen aan deze onafhankelijke Brusselse uitgeverij toont Atelier 340 Muzeum, eveneens een onafhankelijke culturele plek, 22 fotoreeksen uit de catalogus van Michel Husson. In deze tentoonstelling komt alles in sneetjes: de fotoreeksen maar evengoed dat wat ze tonen, het leven en de herinnering van de fotografen én die van hun onderwerpen.

Bij deze gelegenheid, nodigen wij u hartelijk uit, deel te nemen aan de persconferentie die gehouden wordt op dinsdag 10 juni 2014 om 11 uur.

Dear journalists,

Ever since its creation in 2003, the editorial line of Michel Husson has, through time, reached milestones in the field of documentary and social photography books. This summer, Atelier 340 Muzeum pays tribute to the work of this independent publishing house by showing 22 photography series of Michel Hussons important catalog. In this exhibition, everything is in slices: the series of photographs as much as what they depict, the lives and memories of the photographs as much as those of their subjects.

On this occasion, we cordially invite you to participate in the press conference taking place on Tuesday 10th of June 2014 at 11 am.
